Behavioural profiling (also known as psychometric testing) is a tool used by employers to describe the working style of applicants, as an important part of the recruitment decision-making process. Jobsite have partnered with Discus Online, one of the industry's foremost providers of behavioural profiling, giving you the chance to see yourself from a recruiter's point of view. Using the Discus Online profiler, you can create your own profile and see your own behavioural report.
Discus Online's profiles are created using the internationally established DISC system (find out more about DISC here). We've provided everything you need to create your own DISC profile, produce a personal report and discover more about the profiling process.
Jobsite jobseekers can create a DISC profile for as little as £19 (plus VAT). All major credit cards are accepted and payments are made through a secure server, so your personal information and credit card details are kept safe.

Profile Questionnaire
The questionnaire you are about to complete is not a test. You cannot 'pass' or 'fail', and there are no right or wrong answers.
Each of the twenty-four questions is made up from four phrases. You should choose one of these phrases that is most applicable to you, and one that is least applicable.
You will be given the chance to familiarise yourself with an example question before starting the questionnaire itself.
If two or more statements describe you closely, take time to consider which one describes your current approach most accurately.
While answering the questions, think about the ways you tend to act in a working situation.
Work quickly through the questionnaire; as a guideline, it should take you no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
